Bryan Martineau Esq, AS CPO SAS
Chief Executive Officer

Bryan Martineau has an impressive career with over 15 years in the public safety, private security, executive protection and occupational health and safety industry.
He earned his Business Management Degree at Manchester Community College in 2021 and continuing his education in Organizational Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University as well as obtaining his Certified Safety and Health Officer Certificate from the OSHA Training Institute. Bryan currently serves on the Board of Executive Protection's ANSI Standards formation committee.
As a certified CPR/First Aid/AED instructor, he has participated in and has conducted trainings in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, and New York. Bryan has also been appointed by the Governor of New Hampshire as a Justice of the Peace.
He holds a diverse collection of certifications, including but not limited to Licensed Security Officer in Multiple States, CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor, Basic Life Support Instructor, CRASE Instructor (Civilian Response to Active Shooter Event), FEMA’s Until Help Arrives Instructor, COVID-19 Tracer, Resilience & Psychological First Aid, OSHA #3115 Fall Protection, NCSH 400 Fire Prevention and Life Safety, OSHA 7105 Evacuation and Emergency Planning, Crowd Manager in Multiple States, National Incident Management Systems, Event Security for Public Safety Professionals, Management of Aggressive Behavior, U.S. Department of Homeland Security training in Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting, and Explosives Detection & Response.
As the Chief Executive Officer at BAM, Bryan is responsible for the overall operation of the company as well as the lead trainer for our Training Division.
Levi Wardner
Director of Operations
Levi Wardner's career spans over 15 years in the public safety and Operations Management industries.
He holds a diverse collection of certifications, including but not limited to Licensed Security Officer in Multiple States, CPR/First Aid/AED , Crowd Manager, National Incident Management Systems.
As the Director of Operations at BAM, Levi is responsible for the day-to-day operations for the Security Division.
Shawn Swinea
Lead Security Consultant
Shawn Swinea's career spans over 15 years in the public safety and security consulting industries including malls, music festivals & theater venues.
He holds a diverse collection of certifications, including but not limited to Licensed Security Officer in Multiple States, CPR/First Aid/AED , Crowd Manager in Multiple States, National Incident Management Systems, Emergency Management from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security/TEEX.
As the Lead Security Consultant, Shawn is responsible for the client relations for the Security Division.
